The Anabolic Press ("we," "us") operates anabolicpress.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver what you asked for, we don't sell or share your data for marketing, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Email address — when you request a free download or join our list. Used to deliver the download and send the email series you signed up for.
- Order information — when you buy something: name, email, billing country, and the items purchased. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your card number.
- Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept for security and troubleshooting.
What we do with it
- Deliver your downloads and purchases, and send receipts.
- Send the email content you subscribed to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
- Keep the site secure and fix problems.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We never buy email lists, and we never add you to a list you didn't sign up for.
- We never share your reading or purchase history with anyone except the service providers below, and only as needed to serve you.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the site: our hosting provider, our payment processor (Stripe) for purchases, our email service providers for delivery and list emails, and Meta (Facebook) for advertising measurement, as described under Cookies and tracking below. Each receives only the data required for its function and is bound by its own privacy obligations.
Retention and your rights
We keep subscriber and order data for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations (e.g., tax records for orders). You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@anabolicpress.com. Unsubscribing from email is instant and self-service via the link in any email.
Cookies and tracking
We keep a small amount of information in your browser so the site behaves sensibly — for example, remembering that you already dismissed a pop-up or already signed up, so you aren't asked twice. That stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
Advertising. Our pages include the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. When you visit, it tells Meta a visit happened and may set its own cookies, which Meta can use to measure our ads and show them to people like you. This runs on every page. You can limit it in your Meta account's ad settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser — the site works normally either way.
Payment. Checkout happens on Stripe's own pages. We never see or store your card details, and Stripe sets its own cookies there under its own privacy policy.
We don't currently run Google Analytics or any other analytics product. If that changes, this section will be updated to say so.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
